The cooks get busy. Glittering fish, vegetables baskets and succulent fruit sparkle with freshness.
We grow most of the organic vegetables that we cook in our gardens at the Vallon des Bouis farm, but also at Chateau de la Mole and at the Domaine de Piégros.
Other vegetables are carefully selected by our chefs.
To arrange an unmissable Club 55 menu, we recommend panier de crudités, artichoke with vinaigrette, our Ramatuelle puff pastry, the Pampelonne salad and a traditional ratatouille.
We attach much importance to the origin of all the products we use in our kitchen.
Guests do not come here for a gastronomic menu or to be blown over by overelaborate presentation.
They will much better appreciate the taste of a simple and authentic seaside cuisine ; they will be charmed by the richness of a tomato, a carrot’s flavor or the taste of a sea bass.
